A conference platform in use for 20+ years, rebuilt in flight

For a large international organisation

The challenge: A business-critical conference platform, in continuous use for more than 20 years and last rewritten well over a decade ago, was stuck on an unsupported runtime and an obsolete front-end framework. It was difficult to maintain or extended, and it could not be switched off while delegates depended on it.
What we built: A slice-by-slice migration to a current runtime, a typed codebase and a modern front-end, a modern GraphQL API, a comprehensive unit and end-to-end test suite, and a redesigned interface, all delivered while the original system stayed live.

A two-decade-old HR system, off Windows and onto the latest .NET

For a large international organisation

The challenge: A nearly two-decade-old HR application on an over-ten-year-old version of .NET that only ran on ageing Windows servers. It held the organisation's working-hours, leave and overtime rules, including specialised timekeeping rules for staff working in different countries around the world, so it could neither be replaced quickly nor left where it was. And with a large user base, the familiar look and feel had to survive the upgrade.
What we built: An upgrade to the latest .NET, containerised on Linux, with a rules engine that encodes the staff regulations for every country staff work in, RFID badge scanners, MS Teams approvals, Outlook calendar sync and HR payroll integration all carried across intact.

Helpdesk and project tracking in one place

The challenge: Teams that want a helpdesk and a project tracker usually end up with two tools, a stack of separately priced add-ons, and a cloud-only licence when they need the data on their own servers.
What we built: Our own platform combining a customer portal with SLA-tracked agent queues, Kanban and Scrum boards with sprints and epics, configurable workflows and custom fields, live updates, single sign-on and GitHub and GitLab integration. Cloud-hosted or self-hosted.

Time tracking that actually gets used

The challenge: We used Toggl for over ten years. In mid-2025 a new reporting module broke our workflow, and after six months with no fix in sight we built the time tracker we actually wanted, fixing a decade of smaller frustrations along the way.
What we built: Our own SaaS platform with fast activity logging and smart autocomplete, contracts and phases with per-rate and per-currency billing, invoices generated straight from tracked time, exportable reports, and Jira integration.

Present together, broadcast everywhere

The challenge: Churches and hybrid events need several people editing one presentation while it is live, with different content going to the hall screens, the live stream and phones in the room at the same time.
What we built: A real-time collaborative editor with live cursors, synchronised video playback, multi-channel broadcasting that sends different content to different screens, and offline resilience so a dropped connection never blanks the screen.

Plan it, save it, have it

The challenge: Personal finance planning normally means opening an account and handing your numbers to a server. Not everyone's finances sit in one country. Users wanted to plan a life that spans borders, currencies and moves abroad without any of their data leaving their own devices.
What we built: A local-first application where nothing is sent to a server: international finance planning with investments and goals in several countries and currencies, moves between them, and direct device-to-device sync over WebRTC using CRDTs, so the same plan lives on your phone and laptop with no server in between.
